Campus Student Center Proposal

A revelational experience of light,
A tunnel through contemporary and historical art,
A confluence of student and public community.

The project re-imagines the historic Market House as a campus reception, interfacing the student community with public through light and art. Located at the Providence waterfront and the center of academic/residential spines of RISD, the design intervention features a tunnel-roof-scape, creating breathable spaces between a continuous ascending circulation of galleries.
